Annual Project Yesu Benefit
Last year Project Yesu partnered with Kids Around the World to pack and send 50,000 meals to the community we serve in Uganda. These nutritious meal packets provided three rounds of life-saving meals for our families during the country-wide lockdowns due to COVID.
We are excited to be partnering with KAW again this year for a 2-day service event on November 5th-6th at Awaken Church.
We can not do this without YOU! Whether you are local or around the world, there is a way you can help!

How does it work?
🏠Pack at Home: Gather a group of your friends or family and pack meals at home or anywhere you want to. Step one: Register your team or group Step 2: Make a $100 tax-deductible donation to help us cover the $16,000 cost to pack and ship the meals. Step 3: Pick up everything you’ll need at Awaken Church on Friday, November 5th anytime between 4pm – 7pm Step 4: Pack your meal packets – It takes approximately 1 hour for a team to pack 6 boxes of meals Step 5: Drop it all off at Awaken Church on Saturday, November 6th anytime between 4pm – 7pm Click here to sign up
📦Pack at Awaken Church: We will have meal packing stations set up in the Social Side where people can sign up for a 1-hour time slot and come and pack meals. Click here to sign up
💰Sponsor a Box: The cost to provide 50,000 meals is $16,000 consider donating $50 or more to help us provide these life-saving meals. All donations are tax-deductible. Click here to donate

50,000 Meals is a BIG undertaking, and we can’t do it without you!
What is a box sponsor? We need 300 people to donate $50 to sponsor a box. Each box has 216 meals. The cost to provide 50,000 meals is $15,000 and we need your help to get there! Click here to become a box sponsor
How can I pack meals? Gather your friends, family, small group, scout troop or whoever you want and we provide the rest. A representative from each team will come to Awaken Church Friday, November 5th to pick up all the supplies needed to pack 6 boxes. You will return on November 6th to drop off your packed meals and supplies. It takes a team of 4 people approximately an hour to pack one box. We ask that each team donate $100.
