In March I received an email from a Girl Scout leader in Pennsylvania, she had a group of girls in 1st and 2nd grade that wanted to make dresses for the children in Uganda.
I was so excited to hear about kids wanting to make a difference and help. We emailed back and forth some, and she told me that the girls were getting together with their moms to learn how to make the dresses.
They met with their local Michael’s store and told the manager what they were making, they made 50 dresses for the girls in Uganda, and they even took time to write notes to the girls who are receiving the dresses! I can’t wait to share them with my friends in Uganda.
Thank you girls for supporting me, and Project Yesu, for making these beautiful dresses and for making a difference in the lives of girls in Uganda! You girls ROCK!
